From tackling personal decisions to reaching important milestones, my job is to guide you on the path of success. I’m fueled by my commitment to excellence and go the extra mile to make sure clients are fully satisfied with my work.

My team and I have over 25 years experience in customer service, management, and billing. I was born into the business. My mother, Maritza Vega, started this company in 2000. I worked side by side with her to cultivate relationships with clients and successfully serve their billing needs. Upon her passing in 2015, all clients under her umbrella continue to support me and the my team. This includes new clients that I have brought on board since January 2016.

I pride myself on catering to my local Hampton Roads community of providers and the ability to be available to them at a moment's notice. This is what makes us unique in the industry of healthcare billing. When you call for assistance, you are able to get me directly.

A Little Back Story...

Billing was not my first choice...

I am a graduate of ITT Technical Institute where I obtained my Associates Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, after taking over the family business I decided to incorporate everything I knew about both industries. So I went back to school and achieved my CSC of Electronic Health Records-Engineering for Healthcare IT, as well as become HIPAA certified.

After traveling all over the world since the age of 2, my family and I settled here in Virginia Beach in 1991 when my dad, a US Navy Senior Chief, was transferred & shortly after, retired.

I consider myself a local after 31 years in Virginia Beach and I love our beautiful coastal city! My husband, a local chef and owner of Clayton's Counter Deli, and I have been married 25 years and we have 3 sensational children!

When I'm not working hard for my clients or waiting tables, I enjoy spending time at home with my family, going to the beach with friends and traveling.
